Yes, they are dangerous, only If you wear high heels every day, over timeā³ they could cause toeš£ deformities such as hammertoes or claw toes, bunions, corns and calluses and ingrown toenails.
Excess pressure on the ankle joints and toes might lead to altered position and gait which may lead to arthritis, ankle sprain, strains, tears and fractures, knee and back pain and unusual pain in the feet. (3)
